Visit by Jackie from 'The Friends of Stamford Park'.

Jackie, who we have met on many occasions, kindly came to talk to us about the history of Stamford Park and to request our help in raising money for making improvements to the 'Junior Playground' in the park. This is something we all feel very strongly about in the School Council, as it is a facility which lots of the children, who attend our school, use on a daily basis. The children of the School Council are going to go away and collect ideas for fundraising for the 'Junior Playground' and then present them to Jackie when she returns in March to see us.
